- Solely responsible for the Agency's IT operations, security, and infrastructure
- Server Management - virtualization from Synology and QNAP systems and managing all its virtual machines.
- Managing company's Microsoft 365 account including Share Point access, email management, security and compliance
- Administer Microsoft Intune for MDM (Mobile Device Management)
- Installing and configuring of network peripherals such as Firewalls, routers, switches, WAPs, and Avaya phone system.
- Monitoring system/network performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
- Perform regular system and file backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection and
disaster recovery.
- Conducting IT and Cybersecurity inductions for new staff
- Preparing onboarding process: Setting up new user's accounts, company laptop, creating email and Share Point access,
assigning licenses and software tools.
- Preparing offboarding process: revoke system access includes disabling email and removing file access, removing of
biometric/door access, change file ownership, forwarding of emails, recover company equipment, terminate VPN access,
and removing of software licenses.
- Working with wide variety of vendors and Operating systems such as MacOS, Windows and Linux.
